Registration

Our goal is to provide an affordable music and arts education program for families with exceptional instruction. We offer split-payment options and except many charter funds.

Before you start the registration process, please read.
STEP 1: To complete registration students must submit a signed Participant Waiver and Indemnification Form and Program Policy form. You may upload signed forms below in the form as a .pdf. If you are unable to scan forms please bring them to the first class. 
Parent Volunteer Participation:
STEP 2: Parent Volunteer participation in IEMA, CBU Young Musicians Program, CBU Youth Acting Academy activities is vital and considered an integral part of joining Inland Empire Musical Arts. Each family is expected to participate for a minimum of two-hour service upon request each season. *CBU Youth Acting Academy Spring Production Volunteering is in addition to Music Program volunteer assignments. 
 
Please read the following job descriptions and choose what you would most enjoy and that would fit your time schedule. Indicate your choice(s) on the registration form.  Parents may opt-out of volunteering every-other year or when all the jobs are filled, the volunteer opt-out fee is $40.
