Like Julie Andrews in the Sound of Music, Let's start at the very beginning. Inland Empire Musical Arts program will take children from preK to 12th grade on a journey of music discovery. Using students God-given talents and developing others.
Teach In Harmony
IEMA uses methods like Kodaly and Orff to launch students and help them understand music theory, sight reading, and more.
No previous music experience is needed to join the program.
The Future Sounds Good
As the program grows, so will your student. Opportunities like band and orchestra festivals and choir competitions, will help those students who are working towards a music major and profession.
Michelle is the second oldest of nine kids and an advocate for home education. She plays piano, trombone, and has taught fun classes like handbell ensemble. Michelle worked for 12 years as a Business Manager for a department at the Navel Systems Warfare Center, Corona, and started and operated an event planning business, and cafe. Recently Michelle has been hired as the Event Coordinator for California Baptist University School of Music. Michelle also enjoys coaching some of her children's sports team (basketball/soccer), as well as spending time with her large extended-family. The Elliott family attends church at the Reformed Baptist Church of Riverside, has homeschooled through Christian Heritage School, Corona (PSP), enjoyed Classical Conversations, and currently the Elliott children are attend Woodcrest Christian School System.
